In Kryfona politics, Hadzsjeism (Kryfona: Hadzsjeisim; For. Kryf. /ˈhædˌʃɛ..sm/) refers to the current political ideology of the United Kryfona Party, as based off of the writings and beliefs of United Kryfona Party founder Ozsem Hadzsje. Hadzsjeism is a complex ideology which is a mixture of both left-wing and right-wing political positions. On a one-dimensional political spectrum, Hadzsjeism is a traditionally right wing ideology, but on a two-dimensional political spectrum, it is much less so. As it is currently interpreted, Hadzsjeism is a slightly fiscally conservative but rather socially liberal ideology, and hovers very close to centrism on a typical two-dimensional political chart. The UKP itself, while considered a right-wing party, is only just to the right of the dividing line between left and right. Hadzsje's interpretation of the ideology would have been considerably farther to the right of the modern UKP.

Hadzsjeism focuses on four major policy points: civil rights, regulation and socialization, land ownership, and healthcare. The importance of these four points is evident in the modern United Kryfona Party platform and its earlier election manifestos; they historically have been and even today still are the bulk of the party's policy. It is here that the fiscal conservatism but the social liberalism is clear. While the United Kryfona Party is strongly in favor of land ownership, land rights, limits on socialization, and regulation for things such as health insurance and gun ownership, they are just the same in favor of civil rights, protection of LGBT rights, and the socialization of healthcare and the power grid. Hadzsje himself placed special emphasis on these rights, considering them to be the "most important" part of the UKP's platform and ideology.

Although today a ubiquitous and important part of the ideology of the United Kryfona Party, Hadzsjeism was not originally part of the party's ideology. Under Ozsem Hadzsje, while the party operated under similar principles to Hadzsjeism, the major ideology of the party was pan-gryphonism. It was not until 1990, when Dajeila Zasane became the party's leader, that Hadzsjeism was officially added to the party's platform and became a part of the party's ideology.
