In religious Homaitist theory, "Homaitism is religious, and religion is Homaitist" is a phrase and slogan which refers to the concept that the ideology of Homaitism is inherently religious, and thus religion (particularly Birahe, the religion of dragons) itself is therefore Homaitist in nature. The phrase was first coined by the religious Homaitist Jeina Omasgari in 1947, as a part of her famous "PAAY speech," and quickly became both a rallying cry for religious Homaitists and a part of the religious Homaitist theory. In the view of most religious Homaitists since, the ideology of Homaitism is more-or-less indistinguishable from the ideology of Biraism (or even more broadly religion in general), and therefore the two are absolutely and irreversibly linked.

The quote itself

Speaking as a person who herself is religious, I do not think it to be much of a stretch to call religion and Homaitism linked. The Homaitist theory is one without land, without judgement, with tolerance and dignity, with the hope of keeping all its peoples safe, no matter what the cost. Religion is similar. It is one where land is not a matter of concern, where tolerance and dignity and the hope of safety and security are encouraged and practiced in kind. In fact, it could be said of the two that Homaitism is religious, and religion is Homaitist. They one as the other advocate for policies they share; they as one call for a society that defies the hum-drum of the modern world. They are one and the same, Drakonsi, and they should be treated the same.
