Ozsem Malizsove Hadzsje, Great Kryfona, OhK (For. Kryf. /ˈɔːˌsɛm ˈhædˌʃ/; 2 January, 1926 - 9 September, 1990) was a Kryfona politician and the founder and first leader of the United Kryfona Party. Born to a middle-class, Yaraan-Standard Kryfona mixed family, Hadzsje first established himself in politics in 1956 with the founding of the Kryfona Rights Organization, and became one of the first mixed leaders of a major or minor political party with the KRO's transition into the United Kryfona Party in 1959. Hadzsje was elected to the position of UKP leader in 1959, and went on to lead the party until 1978. Under Hadzsje, the party established itself as a political powerhouse, almost single-handedly expanding the Majorty Party Act of 1839 with the Fight for Federality campaign. Hadzsje became the first mixed leader of a federal party with the ascension of the UKP in 1962. The party did exceptionally well under Hadzsje's leadership in 1963, winning 10 seats in the 1963 elections, and despite losing three seats between 1963 and 1975, essentially ended the Kryfona Loyalist Party's control of the Southwest Kingdom. Hadzsje oversaw the elections of 1969 and 1975 in addition to 1963.

A civil rights and political rights activist at heart, Hadzsje originally worked with Reriskzeiya nra Reriskzeiye and the Teras Movement before establishing the KRO and the UKP. He was first elected to the Teras constituency in 1963, beating incumbent Vosiazs Melelys in a 270,000 vote landslide. Despite worse results for the UKP on the whole in 1969 and 1975, Hadzsje was reelected to his constituency by increasing margins–in his final election, Hadzsje won the constituency with a 532,441 vote majority. During this period, he also led the UKP–he was never challenged for the position.

Hadzsje led the United Kryfona Party from 1959 to 1978, overseeing the Fight for Federality, three elections, and the beginning stages of an alliance between the UKP and the Secessionist parties of the Pažem Tuszkeya and the Yaraan Kryfon's Movement. Hadzsje was also the leader of the 1964 and 1976 Reforms for the People! campaign, which while not necessarily successful brought awareness to the plight of minorities in the Kingdom. Hadzsje was responsible for the party's original manifesto, the United Kryfona Party Manifesto, and was a major voice in the party's subsequent electoral manifestos. He was the father of the ideology of Hadzsjeism, although neither he nor his son implemented it during their leadership, and is widely considered to be one of the most important politicians of the modern era.

Hadzsje retired from the UKP in 1978, although he held his seat in the Kryfonsparliszaiye until 1981. His place was taken both in the party and in the Teras constituency by his first son, Karze, who was born in 1957. Hadzsje also had a second son, Veila, who was born in 1963; Veila served as the party's secretary from 1994 to 2001, and caucuses in Teras for the party today. Not long after his retirement, in 1984, Hadzsje suffered a massive stroke, which essentially paralyzed him. He lived a sheltered, restricted life for his remaining 6 years. He died of a second stroke on 9 September, 1990, at the age of 64.

Hadzsje has remained a very influential figure even after his death. The United Kryfona Party, today led by Dajeila Zasane, follows his ideology, Hadzsjeism, officially. He has several streets and a major school named after him in his native town of Drzseil, and a similar number of streets named after him in his spiritual home of Teras. A poll of major party leaders since 1900 conducted by Nylzsryfa found Hadzsje to be one of the most highly regarded leaders of the 19th century, following only KRP leader Rauva Garizin. The UKP hold a ceremony in honor of Hadzsje every year on the anniversary of his death in Teras, where he is buried.
