Small-scale Homaitism (Drakona: ɜɔɔ̆ ɤɩ̊ ʌɷ̆ɔȷɾȷ; Drakona pronunciation: /ˈɡɑːl ˈn ˈhˌm.t/; Gaal nyy Homaiti) is a sect of Homaitist ideology which calls for the implementation of Homaitism at a small scale through a return to agriculture and communal societies, followed by the dissolution of property and the creation of a local and communal welfare state that functions not unlike a government. It is considered to be to the left of most Homaitist sects, being based heavily in Old Homaitist theory and tending to reject the theories and styles of Modern Homaitism, but in contemporary history some Small-scale Homaitists have begun to incorporate tenets of Modern Homaitist theory.

Small-scale Homaitism originated around 1789, but was seen as a wholly fringe movement throughout the 1700s and most of the 1800s. The sect's founder, Eisabery Deib, was effectively excommunicated from Homaitist circles in 1804 because of his advocacy for Small-scale Homaitism. For many years, Small-scale Homaitists were likewise rejected from mainstream Homaitist circles for peddling what the Mainstream Homaitists considered "lunacy." It was not until 1850 that mainstream views on Small-scale Homaitism began to change significantly, and it was even longer before Small-scale Homaitists were accepted into the fold of Homaitism. Only in 1880, shortly after the explosion of Modern Homaitism, did Small-scale Homaitism become popular among parts of the Homaitist community; Small-scale Homaitist delegates were not accepted to the Homaitist National Convention until 1891, and the New Homaitist National Convention did not allow them until 1894. Nevertheless, by 1890 Small-scale Homaitism had a clear following and was accepted by most Homaitists as a legitimate branch of Homaitist theory.

Small-scale Homaitism reached its apex sometime around 1910, when significant Small-scale Homaitists managed to take brief control of the Homaitist National Convention and dictate its policy. This exposed many previously unaware Homaitists to the sect, and caused it to undergo a significant expansion. The Small-scale Homaitists lost control in 1912, but a generation of new Small-scale theorists was spawned by the period during which the HNC was under Small-scale control, and between 1915 and 1930 many of the works which make up the modern framework of Small-scale Homaitism were published, including the original Small-Scale Homaitist Manifesto. Gradually, however, the movement lost influence among Homaitists, and by 1965 it had fallen in adherents by almost fifty percent from its heyday. Since then, it has remained remained relatively small in the grand scheme of Homaitist theory; today, Small-scale Homaitism is the smallest major branch of Homaitist theory.

Small-scale Homaitists are loosely represented in politics by the Homaite Party in the Adborthos Republic; it should be noted however that many Small-scale Homaitists are adverse or outright against political parties and thus the sect has little to no actual sway in the policy of the party. Only a few, almost exclusively low-level members of the Homaite Party actively adhere to Small-scale Homaitism.
