Arija Onasies Dažin (S Tuz. /ˈɑˌriː.jɑ ˈdɑˌʒɪn/; born 2 July, 1992) is a current MP for the Pažem Tuszkeya and the youngest MP in the Kryfonsparliszaiye at the age of 24. He is the current iangamembiera, and will remain so until 2023 unless a younger MP is elected in the 2017 cycle or is elected in a by-election during the 2017 xiszuiera. He serves the 2nd Keszanetaa constituency, having replaced retiring incumbent Jiön Arges in the 2011.
Dažin got his start in politics at the age of 16, when he joined the Pažem Tuszkeya and worked as a secretary for Jiön Arges. Inspired by Arges, Dažin began working toward becoming an MP, and registered with the Commission of Federal Elections on March 21, 2009, announcing his intention to run for Arges' seat in 2011--Arges by that point had announced that he would not run for reelection in 2011. Throughout most of 2009 and 2010, Dažin got word out that he would be contesting the 2nd Keszanetaa constituency, although he was not officially allowed to campaign until 30 June, 2011. He was primaried for the seat by Upper Reriskzeiy MP Visin Marö, but after it became clear that Dažin would win the primary, Marö resolved he would continue to sit as the MP of Upper Reriskzeiy. Dažin became the Pažem's official candidate for the 2nd Keszanetaa constituency on 1 July, when the party announced its 22 candidates.
Dažin won the constituency handily over other candidates, and on 1 October, 2011 became the youngest sitting MP in the history of the Pažem Tuszkeya and the Kryfonsparliszaiye as a whole. He was elected at just 19 years and 3 months old, and was the first candidate under the age of 20 to ever be elected to the Kryfonsparliszaiye. Prior to the 2007 parliamentary reforms, which reduced the minimum age to hold a seat in the Kryfonsparliszaiye from 21 to 19, he would not have been eligible to sit in the Kryfonsparliszaiye. As a testimony to his age, Dažin cast his votes on several bills in advance during May of 2014 so that he could graduate. He graduated from the University of Nylzsryf at North Nylzsryf on 15 May, 2014, holding a degree in politics.
Dažin is considered to be rather royalist for a Pažem MP, holding centrist opinions on most subjects. He is a vehement secessionist, however, and personally rejects royalism as overly restrictive.
