The 2006 Edazoran presidential election was conducted on December 25th, 2006 throughout the UPOE. The election was the third democratic election in the the nation's history. The elections were handily swept by incumbent president and GDU representative Kanha Dalah, who took 56% of the vote in the formerly most one sided election in Edazoran history. Dalah's record was later topped in the 2014 elections when Yahagar Izos took 57% of the vote.
