The Kryfona Loyalist Party, (Kryfona: Kryfona Lauyalisim; For. Kryf. /ˈkrɪˌfoʊ.nɑ ˈlaɪˌjɑ.lɪ.ziːm/; KL or KLP) colloquially known as the Lauyalisim, is the second oldest political party in the Kryfona Kingdom, and one of the two historical Kryfona political parties, the other being the Kryfona Royalist Party. Founded in 1733 by Deazema Aeje, the party has has held seats in every assembly of the Kryfonsparliszaiye except the first, for which it did not exist. Although the party is an order of magnitude less successful than the Royalist Party, the Loyalists have still won 13 of the 48 elections in the Kryfonsparliszaiye since its founding, making them the second most successful party in the Kryfona Kingdom.
The Kryfona Loyalist Party is one of the three left-wing parties at the federal level of the Kryfona Kingdom–the other two are the Aryela Party and the Pažem Tuszkeya. On a spectrum, the Loyalist Party is roughly between the other two in its political standing. The official party ideologies are liberalism and Lauyalisim, the latter of which has always been a part of the party platform, and the former of which was added in the early 1800s, when the party began to represent the Kryfona left. Today, liberalism is the more emphasized of the two, indicating the shift of party priorities since the party's founding. The Loyalists are a member of the Progressive Parties Union, and they co-founded the union along with the Arieles-based Party of the Territories in 1942.
Although historically the Loyalist Party has been the party of the far-left, the urban voter, and the middle-class worker, today it is primarily a party for liberals and the lower-classes, although it does have a fair following with the working-class in a number of cities where it has traditionally performed very well. The party is strongest in the provinces of Elesaqa and Kghelias, and usually contests the built-up regions of Yerljasqar and Peiretsaja. It was historically strong in Vyfarla and the Southwest Kingdom, but has in modern times been swept out of those regions by the Pažem Tuszkeya and United Kryfona Party, respectively.
The party is currently led by Czesikna Kazna, who became the party's chair in 1996. Although the party has performed poorly under Kazna, it has largely been the product of changing electoral demographics and the fall of the historical two-party system rather than any failure on Kazna's part. Nonetheless, the Kryfona Loyalist Party remains the third largest party in the Kryfona Kingdom in membership and seat total, in spite of its loss of eleven Kryfonsparliszaiye seats since 1981. It currently holds 13 seats in the Kryfonsparliszaiye.
