The Kataboriyan dialect of Edazoran Drakona, sometimes known as Kataboriyiles (Edazoran pronunciation: /kɑː.tɑː.boʊr.jɪ.leɪs/), is one of the five major Edazoran dialects, and generally regarded as the most important of the five, as per the Edazoyasi Lenqestesen Deleseye, Kataboriyos dialect Edazoran is the standard for writing in Edazora. The dialect is spoken overall by approximately 2.7 million across four Edazoran provinces and Yari Province in the Arieles Kingdom, and is usually called the "formal" dialect for its prim and proper speaking style.
History
Kataboriyiles is a dialect of Edazoran Drakona that only very recently developed -- the first recorded instances of the Kataboriyiles dialect are attested to around the year 1875, although some of the linguistical trends found in the dialect date back to as far as 1800. Most probably, Kataboriyiles developed out of a mixture of Southeastern Drakona and Standard Drakona.
