Czesikna Meidis Kazna (For. Kryf. /ˈsɛˌsk.nɑ ˈkɑzˌnɑ/; born 2 December, 1961) is a current Kryfona MP in the Kryfonsparliszaiye and the leader of the Kryfona Loyalist Party, the third largest party of the Kryfonsparliszaiye. Kazna replaced the ailing Dawisa Nazgan as party leader in 1996, and has led the party since. He stood in his first election as an MP on 1 October, 1999, also replacing Nazgan as the incumbent of the Volziszca constituency, and has represented it in every election since.

Kazna was born to barely middle-class parents in the city of Vyfan on 2 December, 1961. Although his family had ties to politics, Kazna was originally not interested in them and in fact actively avoided the subject almost entirely. The family moved to Volziszca, another city in Elesaqa, when Kazna was just 12 years old after they found themselves unable to afford the house they were living in, and spent most of Kazna's childhood toiling in relatively poor conditions. Kazna began working at the age of 14, and was one of the family's breadwinners for the rest of his teenage years. At the age of 20, Kazna finally raised himself enough money to attend the University of Volziszca, and after taking several classes with loose ties to politics found himself considerably more interested in the subject than he had been as a child. Kazna changed programs, and graduated at the age of 24 in the field of political science.

Although vehemently loyalist, Kazna originally had membership with United Kryfona Party, and in fact was a member of the UKP for two years after graduating. At 26, however, he officially changed his affiliation to loyalist, which he remains to this day. After registering as a loyalist, he took up a low-level job with the KLP at the age of 27, and it was at this moment that he began to climb the ranks of the party. By the age of 30, Kazna was a district manager for the Volziszca region, and at the age of 33 in 1994 he was a senior member of the party and a part of its leadership. During this period, he befriended Dawisa Nazgan, the party's then-leader, and Nazgan, by then clearly suffering from multiple medical issues, gradually groomed Kazna to become the leader of the KLP. When Nazgan resigned in 1996, Kazna was appointed as leader of the KLP, which he remains to this day. He stood for Nazgan's seat in 1999 and, unsurprisingly, won the seat handily. He was reelected in 2005 and 2011 by increasingly large majorities.

Despite a history of failure under Kazna, including a disaster of an electoral result in 2011 when the party lost 5 seats, the KLP has actually grown in membership and increased in net approval since he began his tenure in 1996. From a membership of a little over 1.5 million when Kazna started, party membership now exceeds 2 million. Kazna himself has generally considered his tenure to be a failure, and in fact after 2011's result attempted to resign from the party, but in part because of the effect he has had on the party and in part because of his popularity, he has remained the party's leader.

Kazna is a rather reserved person outside of politics, and his social and personal life is heavily removed from his political life. Kazna has a spouse, Marijana Lweskija, and two children, Kanys and Teidsval Kazna. Kanys, the older Kazna, is a low-level staffer for the KLP, and Teidsval, the younger Kazna, is a writer for Volziszcaza.
