The Kryfona Royalists, officially the Kryfona Royalist Movement (Kryfona: Kryfona Rauyalisim Voszye, Yaraa: Kryfŏns Rayaŭlasy Malŏsŏm) was the form of the Kryfona monarchy during the Kryfona Federation. It was formed out of the remaining Kryfona monarchy when the monarchy was dissolved by Yhurtienaid Qailenid on August 8th, 1900. The group was lead by Xeriren Awaseq, who would go on to lead the reformed Kryfona Kingdom following the Kryfona Civil War. It did most of the fighting on the rebel side during the civil war and replaced the federation government at the end of it. It was formally dissolved on its two year anniversary, August 8th, 1902.

History

The Kryfona Royalist Movement was formed on August 8th, 1900, following the dissolving of the Kryfona Monarchy by first and only president of the Kryfona Federation, Yhurtienaid Qailenid. The movement was founded by Xeriren Awaseq, who would after the civil war become the 29th monarch of the Kryfona Kingdom, and lead by Aryeva Tyxefone, who would go on to be the governor of Tauba Province until his death. Many of the notable figures of the Kryfona monarchy and most of the population of the Kryfona Federation were a part of the movement. The head of the Kryfona Army, Yiulsztihq Vryge, was also a part of the movement, and as most of the army was loyal to him, the Royalists had a fighting force of their own.

Even before Qailenid formed the Kryfona Federation and dissolved the monarchy, a number of Kryfona movements had already made plans to overthrow him. The formation of the federation and dissolving of the monarchy only further fanned these plans. Many of the movements shared members with the KRM, and as such many of the coup plans were common knowledge to them. One such plan would become Operation Jaigha Qailenid, which kicked off the Kryfona Civil War.
