Vyfarla Province, officially Vyfarla-sa-Eiwen Province (Kryf.: Pesej za Vyfarla-sa-Eiwen; For. Kryf. /ˈpɛˌsɛ zɑ ˈvˌfɑr.lɑ sɑ ˈˌwɛn, ˈsˌwɛn/) is one of the 19 modern provinces of the Kryfona Kingdom, having been incorporated into the Kingdom on 7 April, 1900. It is the second youngest province in the Kryfona Kingdom after neighboring Yerljasqar, in the upper half of provinces in terms of size, and in the lower half of provinces in terms of populations. The name Vyfarla is derived from the name of the region in which the province sits: the Vyfarla Flats, and the province is so named Vyfarla-sa-Eiwen because it is centered roughly on the Eiwen River. Vyfarla-sa-Eiwen is one of just a few place names in which the special locator word "sa" is used in Kryfona, and by far the most significant. The province's capital is the city of Eiwena, which contains a little under a third of the province's population and makes up the majority of the province's industrial exports. Another third of the population is centered in the northern city of Jiviheda, which specializes in agricultural and food exports. Vyfarla is one of only a handful of remaining provinces in which agricultural exports still make up a significant portion of the economy.

Vyfarla was first settled in the early 1500s by Kryfona settlers, but remained far removed from the Kingdom for most of its early history due to its existence on the other side of the Yaraan Confederation. After Yaraa was conquered during the 1600s, the population of Vyfarla gradually increased. The first census of the area was taken in 1650, and counted about 20,000 people; this number had increased to at least 250,000 by the time another census was taken by the authorities of the region in 1740. In 1745, the region was organized into two territories by King Hiahl T. Tyxefone, those territories being Vyfarla and South Vyfarla. The two were split roughly along the line of the Eiwen, and after the region was split, the cultures of North Vyfarla and South Vyfarla gradually diverged.

North and South Vyfarla exhibited relatively similar populations and growth trends throughout the 1800s and into the early 1900s; where the two differed was in their exports. North Vyfarla, centered on the city of Jiviheda, gradually built up into an agricultural powerhouse which exported large amounts of food to the rest of the Kingdom. South Vyfarla, which was centered around Vizy-sa-Eiwen but whose largest city became Eiwena during the early 1800s, in stark contrast turned its eyes to industry, particularly in manufacturing. Although the two territories continued to retain a similar identity, their cultures had diverged completely by about 1875.

As early as 1876, the idea of admitting the two territories into the Kryfona Kingdom as a single province had been floated around the Kryfonsparliszaiye and the Kryfona government in general. Although little at first came of this idea, MPs and then-King Yeqsrin Worissilo began to seriously consider the idea sometime around 1897, and a bill to admit the Vyfarlas was formalized in 1899. The bill was first submitted to the 29th Assembly of the Kryfonsparliszaiye on 10 February, 1900. Although North Vyfarla was more than willing to enter the Kryfona Kingdom along with South Vyfarla, South Vyfarla was much less willing to do so. A South Vyfarlan campaign against the bill resulted in the Vyfarlan crisis, which prevented Vyfarla from officially incorporating itself into the Kingdom until 7 April, 1900. After multiple votes on the issue and weeks of back-room politicking, enough MPs eventually pledged their support for the bill and voted it into law, bringing Vyfarla into the Kingdom as a single province. South Vyfarlans, who were outraged by the decision, organized themselves into the South Vyfarlan Movement, which is active to this day and continues to advocate for a split Vyfarla.

Since its admission, Vyfarla has remained a relatively obscure province. During the Kryfona Civil War, the Second Battle of Jiviheda in 1902 proved to be a significant battle in the outcome of the war in the East, as the army of the government was decisively defeated by the royalists there. After the war, Jiviheda was gradually rebuilt, and the province returned to its obscurity. A few prominent assassinations during the Tuszkean Political Revolution, as well as a large-scale firebombing campaign during the 1930s and 1940s by the Impurist Movement elevated the province's profile in the news. In contemporary history, the province has been best known for its political leanings–Vyfarla has served as a bellwether for the successes of the Yaraan Kryfon's Movement and the Pažem Tuszkeya in parliamentary elections. The Pažem Tuszkeya and the YKM dominated the province between 1963 and 1981, and in the most recent set of elections in 2011, the Pažem swept the Kryfona Loyalist Party out of power completely there.

Vyfarla is one of the easternmost and northernmost provinces in the Kryfona Kingdom. It is bordered to the west by Reriskzeiy and Yaraa, to the south by Yaraa and Fyranasaa, and to the east by Yerljasqar.
