Bodaniya Sathesoya Thale (Drakona: ʋɷɒɔɤȷɩɔ ɾʌɔɂʅ; Drakona pronunciation: i/ˌboʊˈdɑ.niː.jɑ ˈðeɪl/ 8 November 1201 - 14 October 1265) was the founder and first king of Edazora.
Early life
Thale was born in the settlement of Satala Cave, just outside of modern day Aisõva, in the Arieles Kingdom. Thale spent several years living here before moving to another settlement, Zovalesor. He lived here until 1219, when he joined the Dahanila Expedition. The expedition went well until 1220 when its leader Yuhan Zadat was killed along with seventeen others when their ship capsized in the middle of what the expeditionary force called the Kosthasaya Sapas, approximately “Misfortune River”. In the immediate aftermath of the lead ship capsizing, there was chaos, but Bodaniya brought some semblance of order to this chaos. As a result of this, Bodaniya ended up leading the expedition from then on.
